FirstService Residential is Hiring a Research Coordinator Near Eatontown, NJ
- Manage data mining efforts in accordance with lead generation strategy
- Enters and distributes leads from all internal/external sources via Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
- Maintains CRM database integrity by updating account, lead and opportunity records on on a regular basis.
- Identify and correct bad data in the customer database
- Analyze post-webinar metrics reports and optimize for sales follow up.
- Maintains prospect list, broken down by lead source, manager or other identifiers.
- Track website RFPs web form results against CRM to ensure quality and volume of leads is sufficient
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field from an accredited college or university, and 2 years of sales support and/or operations experience, preferably in a service field
- Ability to quickly and accurately retrieve customer information in company computer systems.
- Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Demonstrates good client interaction.
- Critical thinking, problem solving, judgement and decision-making abilities are necessary.
- Proficiency in computer programs like Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows required.
- Ability to work with sensitive and/or confidential information.
