FirstService Residential is Hiring a Property administrator Near Fontana, CA

Job Overview :

The Property Administrator / Enforcement will assists the community association with enforcement of their governing documents and rules by routinely conducting visual inspections of the community and citing owners for non-compliance.

including community inspections, homeowner correspondence and follow-through and facilitation of

enforcement hearings.

Compensation : $20-$22

FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities.

For positions designated at a client's property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client's directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Job Responsibilities : include the following. Other requirements may be assigned.

Maintains a positive working relationship with the community manager who is responsible for the

overall management functions of the association.

  • Interact professionally within the team and be a positive influence.
  • Interacts and follows up with all Board and / or Committee members and homeowners regarding

enforcement issues of the association.

Maintains accurate and complete records as required to properly and effectively implement the

Enforcement process. This includes homeowner computer files, violation reports and

correspondence, hearing correspondence and homeowner correspondence.

  • Schedules, attends and performs all follow-up to drive-throughs of the association.
  • Prepares for, attends, and performs all follow-up to Enforcement Review Committee (ERC)

meetings as designated by association requirements.

  • Attends Board of Directors meetings as may be required.
  • Prepares and distributes monthly ERC agenda packets
  • Any and all other assignments as deemed necessary by the Board of Directors or management.
  • Conducts and / or participates in committee orientations.
  • Utilizes technology as applicable to performs job functions and publish communications to the

membership.

  • Other duties as may, from time to time, be required.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be able to drive to other work locations.

  • Experience in property management and / or or closely related field.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Must be able to work independently and prioritize daily workload.
  • Must be able to handle deadlines and pressure of the position.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Access and Excel at an intermediate level.
  • Must have reliable transportation; possess current California driver’s license and the current state

mandated vehicle insurance.

Must have the ability to effectively communicate with the Board, vendors and clients, verbally and

through written correspondence.

  • Must be resourceful and a creative problem solver.
  • Must be detail oriented.

Education & Experience :

Must possess a high school diploma. Some college desirable.

Physical Requirements & Working Environment :

  • Must be able to lift 25lbs
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.

Full-Time position. Typical schedule, Tuesday Saturday hours range from 9 : 45 a.m. to 8 : 15 p.m. unless otherwise specified.

Must be able to work some evenings to attend meetings. Consistent and regular attendance required.
