Firstrade Securities Inc.is looking to add a self-motivated, details-oriented team member to our Operation Department.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Process banking related services and products such as wire transfer, checks, and electronic fund transfers
• Process quick and flawless financial transaction in accordance with policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence
• Execute retirement account’s contribution and distribution
• Securities position validation and transfers
• Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of customer and company assets
• Other job duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• Retail Banking experience is preferred but not required
• Proficient in both English and Chinese including speaking, writing, and typing required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
• High degree of accuracy to process funds transfer/payments
• Ability to multi-task/prioritize/time manage towards meeting deadlines
