• You Have a valid R.N. in the State of North Carolina?
• You have a valid Drivers License (Required) and an insured personal vehicle?
• You can pass a criminal background check & drug test?
• You have at least One (1) Year of Home Care Experience?

• Admissions of new clients to service
• 90-day Supervisory visits & Quality Assurance Reports
• Maintain Infection Control Log
• Prepare and update clients' Plan of Care
• Quarterly reports/PI reports
• Skills check for all new PCA/CNA's
• Quarterly chart audits to ensure client charts are in compliance
• All other duties assigned by Agency Director
