A Host, or Greeter, is responsible for welcoming customers to a food service environment and ensuring that they are seated and receive attentive service. Their duties include maintaining a waitlist of patrons during busy meal service, seating patrons, maintaining check-ins and walk-ins on our hosting app., cash handling, running the register, and giving completed to-go orders to guests that are waiting for them.
