SUMMARY

We are seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer with strong experience configuring, deploying, and maintaining the end-user environment comprised of Windows laptops/desktops and mobile devices with the goal of providing a high quality of service to users across the enterprise.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

• Configuration, deployment, and maintenance of policies to manage endpoints using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune.
• Regularly document and review recommended best practices to aid in continuous improvement.
• Provide escalated technical support and training for level I and level II technical personnel.
• Ensure that incident tickets and outages are responded to and resolved in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within ServiceNow.
• Analyze incident ticket statistics to provide recommendations on ways to eliminate any developing negative trends.
• Inform team members and manager(s) of important issues and information to enhance client satisfaction and team performance.
• Monitor the performance of the desktop infrastructure and make suggestions for improving efficiency.
• Contribute to the testing and development of training material and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) associated with new products, services, and equipment.
• Work with internal and external resources to accurately test enhancements.
• Build reports related to software installations, device compliance, etc.
• Design, build, test, deploy, and support Windows deployments using Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
• Maintain Intune policies, baselines, and conditional access rules.
• Deploy Intune configurations, policies, and settings for Windows endpoints in a co-managed infrastructure.
• This role may require that an on-call rotation be a part of the schedule.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Completes all required compliance exams on a yearly basis.
• Adherence to all First United Policies and Procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Education and Work Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• 3 years' experience with SCCM/MECM and/or MS Intune
• Expert level administrative skills with Linux and Windows servers
• Prior financial services experience preferred but not required

Technical/Functional Competencies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work for any employer in the US without sponsorship.
• The desire and ability to work hybrid 3/2 in McKinney TX.
