As a Recruitment Coordinator… you will impact our candidates and clients by finding the right people for the right job and preforming various administrative type tasks to ensure our office runs efficiently. You will…
- Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
- Partner with your Branch Manager to identify target skill sets and key market segments
- Screen and interview qualified candidates
- Perform various administrative type activities.
Money and Perks:
Earn a base salary up to $45,000 - $50,000 with unlimited earning potential through uncapped commissions.
