First Team Professional Resources is Hiring a Maintenance Supervisor Near Oxon Hill, MD
Summary: The Supervisor will oversee maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), carpentry, painting, and other building systems.
Supervisory Responsibilities: (include but not limited to)
Assists the Regional Property Manager with training and effective management of the service team.
Organizes, delegates, and oversees the schedules and work of service staff.
Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
Guides and directs the service staff as needed and in accordance with company policy.
Qualifications:
HVAC certification required.
Valid Driver’s License required.
Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Work Location: One location
