FIRST TEAM SUBARU NORFOLK is looking for an additional experienced PRE-OWNEDSALES MANAGER!!! That's right! We are experiencing year-over-year growth in our sales and need a dynamic individual to round out our Team!

We are looking to add an experienced automotive finance professional to accommodate our sustained growth! We are going to new levels and need a qualified and experienced individual to help us get there! ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Produces additional revenue for the Dealership by managing the Dealership’s pre-Owned Department and the Pre-Owned Inventory, including acquiring or trading Pre-Owned Vehicles, reconditioning and marketing of Pre-Owned Vehicles.

Essential Duties also include the following:

  • Selling New and Pre-Owned Vehicles!!
  • Provides extraordinary Customer Service by providing an exceptional Customer Experience!
  • Desks New and Pre-Owned Vehicle deals and facilitates the Sales Team in their endeavors.
  • Establishes and maintains good working relationships with Sales Team, including training and motivating.
  • Works with Finance Managers to secure a reasonable profit from every sale.
  • Coordinates sales forecasting with Finance Department forecasting to achieve desired levels of gross profit, finance penetration and income.
  • Sets up and maintains a program which will ensure 100 percent turnover to the Finance Office.
  • Provides Sales Team and Finance Managers with current information from Manufacturer on regularly basis.
  • Trains the Sales Team regarding the basics of selling, financing, leasing, insurance and extended service programs.
  • Monitors CRM system to ensure that Sales Team is conducting required Customer follow-up.
  • Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.
Experience and Skills:

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Ability to hold yourself accountable and achieve goals with limited direct supervision.
  • An impressive work-ethic and Team-minded mentality.
  • Professional appearance and conduct.
  • Self-motivated and the ability to work in a Team environment.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of computers. CDK a plus!
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with Customers, Co-Workers and Vendors.

Additional Requirements:

  • Pass a motor vehicle report and possess an acceptable safe driving record.
  • Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
