The Senior Systems Analyst will provide high-level technical support and systems analysis to identify, prevent, and resolve service interruptions in the organizations networks and systems used to support the First Supply and Gerhard's Kitchen, Bath & Lighting businesses. This position's role is to analyze, plan, lead, launch, manage and support the software applications. The individual in this role must have in-depth knowledge of applications, programming and development for key platforms including Infor's WEBUI (CSD) ERP, Snowflake, Talend, and Tableau. The role is also responsible for performing configuration and process changes as needed, and effectively communicating changes to all impacted business users.

Provides technical expertise, leadership, and project coordination services to support and maintain continuity of the organizations computer information systems and networks.
• Demonstrated development experience in one or more programming languages and relational databases
• Manages integrated functionality, usability, and performance of key system applications.
• Acts as primary functional support for all production systems including back office and operations.
• Analyzes complex operations and systems. Implements changes and improvements using advanced programming, systems' analysis, design, and problem-solving techniques.
• Prepares detailed specifications and designs, codes, compiles, tests, debugs, documents, and maintains programs.
• Formulates and/or works with others to define system scope and objectives and identifies conditions/criteria required to achieve agreed upon results.
• Perform applications helpdesk issue investigation and resolution support.
• Track project, user requests and issues in the Web Helpdesk application.
• Develop production and ad-hoc reporting as needed by the business.
• Gathers and analyzes data in support of business system's needs, proposed initiatives and additional systems functionality.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 8 years of work-related experience required.
• Demonstrated development experience in one or more programming languages and relational databases
• Superior understanding of computer applications and networking systems.
• Previous experience working in an ERP system.
• Extensive experience with and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask accurately and efficiently.
• Be able to work under deadlines and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Be able to work independently and effectively in a collaborative team-oriented environment.
• Be able to effectively work remotely with IT colleagues and our business users.
