First Step Therapy is seeking a therapy aide in our Orange City clinic to assist with occupational, physical, and speech therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed therapist.

Therapy Aide Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assisting with physical, occupational, and speech therapy sessions engaging with therapy sessions via playing games, assisting with equipment, and positioning clients.
• Sanitizing toys and equipment following therapy sessions.
• Assisting with the transition of clients between therapy sessions.
• Daily cleaning of main therapy areas (gym, sensory room, intensive therapy room).
• Cleaning of clinic on Fridays
• Assisting with answering phone calls and transferring phone calls to appropriate staff members.
