First Step Pediatrics is a high-volume primary care clinic serving the pediatric populations of Johnson, Tarrant, and Hood counties. We are seeking a Triage Nurse to act as an intermediary between providers and parents by fielding medication requests, relaying lab/imaging results, and issuing basic advice for commonly asked questions. Other job roles include:

• act as liaison between providers and therapy service centers (physical, occupational, speech, ABA, etc.)
• appropriately advise parents on medication refill requests
• issue medication refills
• oversee all incoming/outgoing paperwork requiring providers' participation and signature
• disseminate lab/imaging results to providers and relay results to parents once reviewed
• reconcile patients needs with hospital medical records
• manage medical/DME supply requests

Pay rate based on experience.
