First State is looking for a banker with experience in Debit Card Compliance and Processing.

This position cares for all First State Bank customers who utilize our Debit Card product. As our Reg E Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring all aspects of the Debit Card program are compliant and can act appropriately in the case of fraudulent activity. The position requires knowledge of Bank products and services as well as Bank systems in order to assist customers and provide an exceptional customer experience.

This position really needs someone who has experience in banking with debit cards. Could be you worked in a branch or in a call center an a financial institution. It requires the ability to maintain composure during phone conversations that involve a customer who may be stressed or confused. We need that calm and composed caregiving type for this job!
