In this role you will be assisting clients with all personal cares needed, work on goals the clients set, assist in medication passes, engage in social outings and community activities when able, and being an advocate for our clients. We are looking for Part-time staff for Weekend Shifts Schedule Options: 1 PT Available: Working Every weekend Saturday & Sunday 8am - 4pm 1 PT Available: Float shift between two sites working Saturday e/o weekend 4pm - 10pm & Sunday 4pm - Midnight As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) you will be there to provide support, assistance, and instruction in learning independent living skills like: Community Awareness/Integration Socialization Cooking Personal hygiene Goal Setting and achieving Communication and self-expression needs Coping skills Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Thorough training will be provided during your employment to excel at this position! No previous experience required!
