Work SiteThis opportunity is an on-site at PREMIER Bankcard's Sioux Falls location.
Shift OptionsPREMIER Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 7:00am-9:00pm and Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm
- Option 1: Monday – Friday 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM and Every 4th Saturday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Option 2: Wednesday - Friday 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Every Saturday 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
- Option 3: Monday - Friday 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Every Other Saturday 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Flexible scheduling opportunity for top performers
- No Sundays!
About the Role
- Ensure requests related to payment delinquency are fulfilled quickly and accurately.
- Use various methods of communication to cardholders to make payment arrangements.
- Ensure timely payments from customers.
- Specialize in customer call management and payment arrangement negotiation.
- Deliver the best possible experience with every contact.
Training
- Extensive paid training program, up to 3 weeks in length onsite.
- Ongoing training opportunities for continuous improvement!
PayBase wage starting at $15-$17.50/hr. with opportunities to increase take home pay.
- Top performers can earn monthly incentives as high as $1,500 a month.
- Contest money available through daily, weekly, and monthly Level Up competitions.
- Career path from Associate I to Associate IV – each step earning an increase in pay!
- Earn up to an additional $3.50/hr. when working non-traditional hours.
- Bilingual skills will be compensated in the form of a 10% differential.
