Job Description: Executive Secretary/Loan Processor must have the ability to work directly with our management team regarding our loan products: consumer loans, commercial loans, and real estate loans. Our Executive Secretary/Loan Processor should be prepared to work in a fast paced work environment, and have the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. More specific duties will be assigned by management.

Requirements: Applicants must have a High School Diploma, college experience is preferred. Our ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service in person and on the phone, and also have the ability to document specific information efficiently and accurately. We ask that our candidate have experience with Microsoft Office Programs, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows 10. Professionalism and attention to detail is critical throughout all duties.

Experience Requirements: One to two years of financial institution experience is required.
