Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in both Personal Home/Auto and Commercial Lines insurance.

Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and orders
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain customer accounts and records with accurate information
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide comprehensive support to customers
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify customer needs

Qualifications:
- P&C license and 1 year(s) experience.
