First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Customer Service Assistant Lead to join our BankCard Center team. In this role, you will be responsible for the operations of the BankCard customer service team.
This role is responsible for ensuring all calls, digital and physical correspondence, and Digital One caseload are processed within department SLA’s.
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday 8 : 00am 5 : 00pm (hours may vary)
Compensation :
The hourly salary range for this role is $21.00 - $27.00 / hour; commensurate with experience.
