Job Description :
Length of Assignment : 14
Hours per Week : 36
Weekend Rotation : Every Other Weekend
On-call Requirements : None
Holidays Requirements : Required based on unit needs
Floating Requirements : Will float to all acute care units
Experience Required : Minimum 2 Years LTC / Skilled Nursing / Rehab experience
Experience Preferred : 1 Year Acute Care Exp.
License Required : KS CNA License
Certificates Required : BLS
Client Specific Details : Nicotine free facility and on a bi-weekly pay period. Client is allowed the cancellation of one shift per 2 week pay period at no cost to the client and no pay to the THP.
Will provide a minimum 2-hour notice. 8hr non billable orientation
