We’re hiring a dynamic marketing coordinator that will manage and coordinate several marketing projects at once. As a member of the marketing team, you’ll assist the branch manager with the implementation and execution of marketing projects and campaigns. The ideal candidate for this position can take a project goal and develop strategies and action items to meet milestones and deadlines and can effectively work with a team to bring great ideas to life. REMOTE WORK 90% OF THE TIME - 15 to 25 Hours per week

• Will work on various projects regarding website development, employee recruiting, client outreach, etc
• Work with various contractors to manage deadlines
• Develop plans and action items to develop cold email and text outreach plans for recruiting purposes
• Evaluate different platforms with different vendors to select to best fit for marketing programs to drive revenue
• Call customers, both current and prospective

• BA in Marketing or equivalent work experience required
• Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills
• Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms

Experience in the Mortgage industry is a plus
