Job Responsibilities

The goal of the Senior Financial Specialist is to support growth and retention efforts by acquiring new retail and small business relationships. Consistently deliver a high level of service with a consultative approach while assisting members in transaction processing, loans and new accounts. Conduct targeted sales activities to increase sales production. Follow established compliance processes and procedures.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree or related college courses preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain Credit Insurance License.
  • Requires incumbent to be registered in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.
  • Experience in sales or promoting products and services.
  • Ability to operate a computer, telephone and other office equipment.
  • Competitive team player, with a positive attitude willing to learn and adapt to change.
  • Amazing communication, grammar, and mathematics skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced member service environment.
