Description

• Review and approve unit adjustments to ensure they are reasonable, assigning appropriate reasons and GL codes
• Assist retail, DC, and ECOM teams with inventory challenges, offering guidance and assistance
• Collaborate closely with the Asset Protection team to conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile them
• Travel to showrooms as required for physical inventories, managing logistics, schedules, and result reconciliation
• Supervise the conversion process for newly acquired showrooms, including logistics, reticketing plans, and leading inventory projects
• Coordinate year-end inventory preparations and cutoffs for the DC and Retail Group
• Manage open in-transits and carton discrepancies
• Support additional assignments or special projects as necessary

Profile

• Experience in Inventory Control management, preferably in the luxury retail sector
• SAP experience
• Must be willing to travel to retail showrooms and/or new acquisitions as necessary
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with showrooms/boutiques and corporate teams across functions
