Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Food Manager to oversee our food service operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in the food industry, hospitality management, and team leadership.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of food preparation, including menu planning and execution
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food service activities
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality management
- Strong knowledge of food service operations, including catering and restaurant management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Familiarity with coffee preparation is a plus
- Flexibility to work in various settings such as hotels or catering services
