Seeking a talented, fun and dedicated Maintenance Technician to start immediately at a 300 unit property in Lafayette, LA.
First Choice Management Group is looking for a superstar to join our team of dedicated professionals as a Maintenance Technician at The Bradford Apartments. HVAC certification and experience required in all phases of apartment maintenance and repair. Individual will rotate on-call every other week after training. Apartment available with discount if needed.
We have an industry-leading benefits package, competitive salary, vacation, bonus program and super fun co-workers!!! Must have valid driver's license and pass background, drug screening process. Must provide updated resume with references. EEOC
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
