We’re looking for the right clinician to become a valued part of our team as we expand our South Florida offices. The ideal candidate wants to grow with Seasons Psychotherapy Associates through their registered internship into their full licensure and beyond. We are looking for someone who can work both in-office and virtual, with afternoon and evening availability.

Requirements:

• A master’s degree in mental health counseling, marriage & family therapy, or social work from an accredited academic program
• Be registered as (or meet the qualifications to apply for) a clinical social worker intern, marriage and family therapist intern, or mental health counselor intern by the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling

• Ability to work towards and maintain either a part-time caseload or full-time caseload (part-time is 15 sessions per week; full-time is 24 sessions a week)
• Ability to comply with clinical documentation standards and best professional practices
• Strong clinical acumen and competence providing outpatient psychotherapy

• Evidence of a high level of professionalism within the field

• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills

• Ability to respect diversity and integrate issues of culture into case conceptualizations

• Ability to intervene decisively, when necessary, to protect patient safety
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to document sessions in a timely manner
• Availability to work at least three afternoons / evenings in-person in one of our Broward office locations, from 4pm-8pm
• Ability to work with children, adolescents, and couples
• Bilingual: English/Spanish

Also desired:

• Previous experience operating within outpatient practice setting
• Previous experience carrying a client caseload

• Openness to work flexible hours to accommodate clients' availability
