We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Order Picker and backup Delivery Driver. In this role, you will be responsible for selecting and packing items for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and safely transporting goods to our customers.

You will play a key role in ensuring efficiency and accuracy in the order fulfillment process. You will work closely with other team members to meet daily goals and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and strong time management skills.

WAREHOUSE ORDER PICKER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Efficiently pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
• Pack and prepare items for shipment in accordance with company standards.
• Check for accuracy of picked items and ensure correct quantities are packed.
• Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient workflow.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily performance targets.
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed.

BACKUP DELIVERY DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safely operate and navigate a delivery van or truck to transport goods to customers
• Load and unload cargo in a secure and timely manner
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspection of the vehicle
• Follow delivery schedules and and routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Provide exceptional customer service by delivering goods with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery times

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an extended period of time
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• NO CDL REQUIRED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
