First Call Temporary Services is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Associate
First Call Staffing is hiring for an Inside Sales Associate for a company in Kokomo. This will be a possible full-time hire for the right candidate. Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Respond efficiently and accurately to calls and emails.
- Coordinate export documents from preparation to closure. Manage online inquiries.
- Work with service center and freight forwarders to ensure shipments are handled in a timely manner
- Maintain well organized files for export and domestic inside sales.
- Build lasting relationships with internal and external customers
- Manage returns in Creatio/AO for all regions
- Assist with inside sales and various customer reports
- Add and maintain new customer information and customer changes
Schedule:
- Start and end hours may vary: 7am-4pm or 8am -5pm Monday-Friday
- Work is on-site at our client's facility - not a remote position.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Previous experience, at least 1-3 years of experience
- Proficiency with computers, especially software applications including MS Word, Outlook and Excel
- Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and decision-making skills
- Meet the specific accountability requirements of the roll at all times
- Ability to multitask, maintain sales files, office machines and bulletin boards
- Associate degree preferred
Pay: $20.00 per hour
