We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist guests with reservations, room changes, and other requests
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) request.
- Knowledge of hotel front desk operations and phone systems is beneficial
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Familiarity with guest relations and hotel management practices
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
