Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations. This position does require travel in Kentucky area within 100 miles. Must be able to start by April 22, 2024
Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for all customer work instructions. Get approval on all work
instructions with the customer prior to starting containment.
Evaluate problems and make recommendations for improvements to upper
mgmt.
Assist with secondary operations as needed
Driving containment and closure of Supplier Process SQE concerns
Meeting new suppliers and obtaining new business.
Monitor and evaluate team leads.
Driving reduction in supplier Quality Rejects (QRs)
Ensure all data provide to Corp office is accurate and sent timely,
Participate in daily and weekly scheduled meetings.
Train and mentor team leads.
Enter employee time for all inspectors and team leads in time keeping system.
Participate in (1) enhancement online training twice yearly and send completing
record to HR for input into employee folder.
Approve inspector and team lead PTO requests and ensure plant is always covered.
Work with General manager on yearly team lead evaluations.
Complete yearly evaluations for inspectors with input from their shift team lead.
Must be able to travel about 80-100 miles to visit customer facilities where AQS will
provide support.
Responsible for scheduling, and training of new employees.

Job Qualifications:
Bilingual preferred
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent substitute
Experience: 1-3 years of experience required, with 3-5 years preferred
Skills:
Ability to take initiative and problem solve
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent phone etiquette required
Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills
Ability to present oneself as well as the company in a professional manner
