- Leadership
- Effectively lead our production team including employee coaching, performance management, hiring and onboarding new employees.
- Provide support in the scheduling, production and follow up phase of the customer lifecycle.
- Liaising with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
- Participate in leadership and self-development activities and trainings with the Management team.
- Subcontractor/Vendor Management
- Actively recruit new subcontractors as needed while ensuring all insurance requirements are met and integrate them into our CRM system.
- Production Processes
- Prioritize a positive customer experience by ensuring effective communication throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Identify and implement workflow process improvement.
- Provide support to our Project Manager and team in the scheduling, production and follow up phase of the customer lifecycle.
- Perform root cause analysis to resolve issues as needed.
- Be an effective communicator
- Have 3 years of leadership experience
- Be eligible to drive a company vehicle
- Demonstrate strong work ethic
- Follow and enforce safety requirements
- Work standard office hours onsite with the ability to be on call as needed
