Firehouse Coffee And Tea in Sausalito, CA is looking for an awesome new team member(s). We are located on 317 Johnson St.. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, reliable and a coffee/tea lover with a strong interest In community and service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with coffee program
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Handling cash efficiently and accurately
- Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally
- Actively engage with guests about coffee and tea
- Complete all opening and/or closing duties
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a barista is good but not required. We will train you to our standards
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Ability to lift 30lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to serve with a friendly sense of urgency
- Multitasking skills are a must
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
