Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable Mover/Driver to join our staging team at Firefly Real Estate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving staging furniture from warehouse to our listed properties and back.

Availability:

Monday - Thursday, 8:30am-2pm (average approximately 10 hours per week)

Requirement:
Must have a clean driving record.

Duties:

- Load and unload staging furniture and decor from truck and van.
- Safely transport furnishings to designated locations.
- Drive routes efficiently and follow schedules.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Provide excellent customer service during the moving process.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and warehouse.

Skills:

- Experience with box trucks and vans a plus (not required)
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks (50-75 pounds)
- Proficiency in route driving and navigation
- Familiarity with warehouse operations
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and customers
- Prior experience as a delivery driver or mover is a plus (not required)
