The Team You’ll Work With …
We are seeking a driven, full-time Tile Manufacturing Teammate to support our manufacturing operation in Spokane, WA.. This is a critical position at Fireclay, as you’ll have an amazing opportunity to become one of our artisans making the world's most beautiful tile. You’ll be a front-line team member working with a high-performing team conscientious of correctly and safely performing part of our tile manufacturing process. Production Teammates are willing to be cross-trained in all aspects of the production process including basic assembly skills, complex assembly skills, general machine operation, and glazing of tile.

This position starts at $17 per hour 6% shift differential for swing shifts.
The opportunities you will have …
- Assist with the preparation and mixing of the raw materials used to form our ceramic tile and glazes
- Assist with the inventory to pull orders and materials needed for departments, such as Glaze, Mosaics, and Hand Painting
- Sort, lift, catch, and package tile in a safe manner while inspecting for quality control
- Work in positions that require constant repetitive movement
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Partner and assist other departments or take on additional tasks as needed

About You…
- Flexibility to work part-time and report on short notice
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Ability to solve practical problems, using logic and self-sufficient under general supervision
- Have no problem getting your hands dirty when needed
- Demonstrated track record of exceptional attendance, reliability, and performance
- Preferably local to the Spokane area
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear
- Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance
- Frequently required to stand; walk; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Regularly lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds
