- We are currently seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team, someone who not only possesses strong interpersonal skills but also has a proven track record of at least 1 years in administering Botox and Filler treatments. The ideal candidate is characterized by their passion, dedication, and exceptional skill in the realm of aesthetic enhancements, with a discerning eye for aesthetics. Moreover, they must thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and demonstrate a constant willingness to acquire new knowledge and hone their skills to ensure the delivery of the highest quality service and results. As part of our commitment to your success, we do require a non-compete agreement within our county since we invest substantial time and financial resources to assist our injectors in excelling in this field.

The role of the Nurse Injector at our establishment is multifaceted. It encompasses all aspects of patient care, ranging from taking comprehensive medical histories to conducting skincare consultations, laser usage and completing various injectable appointments, which may include but are not limited to Tox, Versa, PRP, and more.A willingness to learn and master new procedures is essential.

Qualifications for this role are as follows:

1. 1 years of experience as a nurse injector.

2. A current, unrestricted license in good standing in the state of Tennessee.

3. Proficiency in conducting thorough patient consultations, building trust, and establishing rapport.

4. A team player with an appreciation for constructive criticism, a supportive attitude towards management and colleagues, and a commitment to business goals.

5. Excellent communication and listening skills.

6. Availability to work special events as assigned.

7. Competency in using computer systems.

8. Strict adherence to all HIPAA and OSHA guidelines.

9. Strong knowledge of current patient care techniques and trends in skincare and injectables.

The essential job functions for this role include punctuality, maintaining professionalism in appearance, proper care and cleaning of equipment to meet OSHA and medical board standards, familiarity with the EMR system, a comprehensive understanding of services, treatments, products, financing options, memberships, and loyalty programs, as well as the ability to actively promote at-home skincare programs. Meeting minimum retail sales goals is expected. Additionally, prep work, cleaning, and restocking of the treatment room are part of the job responsibilities, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.

• This is part-time position of 1-2 days a week that could advance to full time with a range of benefits, including employee discounts, bonus opportunities, and include staff treatment nights,photoshoots, dinners, and educational trips! Health Insurance & dental benefits are available at 32 hrs

Education:

• Valid Tennessee State License

- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols, standards, and regulations, including HIPAA guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Experience:

- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a nurse in a healthcare setting.
- Proficient in medical terminology, documentation, and record keeping.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and adherence to patient confidentiality guidelines.
