Responsible for providing Hospitality, Service and Execution of all in house events. We are looking for part time service team members to join our Jack Stack Service Team. 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Accountable for ensuring the success of all events alongside Fiorella’s Senior Banquet Captain, Banquet Captain, Fiorella’s Manager and Sales Team
Accountable event for set up and breakdown
Accountable for providing hospitality and service to guest
Accountable for following all banquet systems and processes
Accountable cleanliness and organization of facility and equipment
Accountable for Guest Satisfaction and Overall Experience
Additional responsibilities will be assigned as needed and necessary
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
2 years of Front and/or Back of the house experience in a high-volume, full-service food environment preferred but not required.
Cannot be convicted of a felony.
Ability to multi-task and quickly think on your feet.
Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
Ability to be self-motivated and take initiative.
Ability to enforce company’s standards, policies, and procedures.
Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments, delegate work.
Possess good communication skills to deal with staff.
Ability to be a clear thinker, analyze and resolve problems exercising good judgment.
Ability to maintain a neat and clean appearance and convey self-confidence.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Ability to handle the physical exertion of lifting/bending/twisting/pushing/pulling manipulating heavy equipment and objects up to 50 pounds.
Climb and descent stairs.
Ability to bend, twist, scoop and kneel.
