Finturf is Hiring a Product Manager Near Glendale, CA

Finturf is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team. If you have a proven track record of successfully managing Fintech products for at least 2 years, from concept to launch, and are ready to take on the next challenge, we want to hear from you. As a Product Manager at Finturf, you'll play a pivotal role in driving product initiatives that align with our strategic objectives and meet the needs of our users.

Note: KNOWLEDGE OF RUSSIAN LANGUAGE IS REQUIRED. This position is ON-SITE in Glendale, CA.

What You'll Do:

  • Take charge of product initiatives, ensuring they are in line with our strategic goals and effectively address user requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments to facilitate seamless development, launch, and ongoing improvement of our products.
  • Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to gather valuable feedback and insights for product enhancement.
  • Navigate regulatory and compliance requirements to ensure our products adhere to industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in software development, quality assurance, or solutions engineering.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing, particularly in lead generation or distribution within the fintech or home improvement sectors.
  • Familiarity with Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL), Point of Sale (POS) lending, or home improvement financing.
