Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest dining experience. Long-term experience is not required, we are here to develop our team members. Finney's is a fast-paced environment with 30 craft beers on tap, a large selection of craft cocktails, shooters, call drinks, and wine options. Must be 21 years or older and must have a minimum of 1 year of bartending experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks for the bar and all restaurant patrons
• Meet our service and suggestive selling standards
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Assess and anticipate our guests' needs
• Prep and juice all our in-house syrups and juices
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations including RBS

Skills

• Proven working experience as a bartender
• Proper jigger use
• Great work ethic
• Positive attitude
• Works and cares to have knowledge of our product(s)
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
• Relevant training certification

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.90 per hour
