Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, food production, and hospitality management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the establishment
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Manage and motivate staff to meet performance goals
- Maintain quality control for all food production and service
- Implement and uphold food safety standards
- Handle inventory management and ordering supplies
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Utilize Aloha POS system for transactions and reporting
- Coordinate banquet events and catering services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bartending, food service, or hospitality management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proficiency in cooking techniques is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
