Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the store team, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet store targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, making adjustments as necessary
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for the store team
- Train and develop team members to provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment
- Conduct regular store audits to maintain visual merchandising standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to effectively manage store operations in their absence

Experience:
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager
- Strong knowledge of stock management, budgeting, and sales management principles
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building strong customer relationships
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and training new team members
- Proficient in store management software systems
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $44,000.00 - $47,850.00 per year
