Fine Line Homes is Hiring a New Home Sales Consultant (2-Years Sales Experience Required) Near Kernersville, NC

Fine Line Homes is seeking a high-perfoming sales representative to join our successful new home sales team. This position will be based out of our office in Winston-Salem, NC. Our company is looking for an individual who is passionate about sales and brings proven results, relationship building excellence, strong communication skills and a highly organized approach.

Fine Line Homes is a family-owned company that started building homes in 1972 and has enjoyed consistent year over year growth. We are an award-winning semi-custom home builder conducting business in central Pennsylvania, southern New York and the Triad region of North Carolina. We are known for homes that include higher quality products, an unwavering approach to long-lasting crafmanship and offering the ability to our customers to customize the home to their unique needs. With a track record of more than 13,000 homes since we opened our doors, we continue to uphold our reputation for excellence.

WHAT YOU’LL DO (not limited to):

· Meet with buyers onsite, including weekends, to guide them on the home building journey

· Provide exceptional customer service

· Achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals and key performance indicators

· Effectively close buyers on new home contracts

· Demonstrate and maintain model home, brochures, price lists and associated marketing collateral

· Provide timely and consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact; the purchase and financing process, through all closing and post-closing activities

· Proficient use of our CRM including accurate records, detailed notes and follow-up activities

· Create and deliver ongoing email campaigns

· Self-generate leads by realtor/brokerage visits and outreach, homeowner referrals and other self-prospecting strategies

· Become well versed with the competition including website, promotions and product details and be able to compare with FLH

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Two years of sales and/or marketing experience

· Real Estate License a plus but not required

· Experience in homebuilding industry/Real Estate a plus

· Proven email and phone communication skills

· CRM software savvy

· Expert organizational, planning and time management skills

· Must be able to learn and follow a proven sales process

· Knowledge of office applications, search engines and online marketing channels

· Ability to work a flexible schedule on a consistent basis, including evenings, weekend and holidays

This position is structured as base salary commission, with bonus potential. Fine Line Homes offers a competitive wage and attractive benefit package.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
High School degree or equivalent required. Bachelors degree preferred.
