Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the finance and insurance department. 
• Ensure all sales deals are compliant with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Offer excellent customer service to all customers, assisting them with financing, insurance, and other related services.
• Demonstrate complete commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals while also looking out for the dealership's best interests as a whole
• Develop and maintain relationships with lenders and other financial institutions to secure competitive financing options for customers.
• Perform credit checks and analyze credit applications to determine financing options for customers.
• Work with the sales team to identify potential sales opportunities and close deals quickly and efficiently.
• Train and mentor team members to ensure exceptional service delivery and sales performance.
• Handle any customer complaints or concerns related to sales or financing in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends, changes in regulations, and new products or services offered by competitors.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an F&I Manager or Sales Manager in the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Extensive knowledge of financing and insurance processes, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of ADP/CDK DMS system
• Must have a valid driver's license
