Flagship Ford of Baldwin is hiring an Automotive Technician for it’s newly remodeled, state of the art service department.

A newly remodeled, state-of-the-art full-service Ford Franchise Dealership with new and pre-owned vehicle Sales, Parts, Service, Detail, and a Quick Lane in an independent building. Located right off Interstate 94 between two large metro's, we're experiencing exponential growth!

Automotive Technicians can expect:

• Brand new state of the art shop with new equipment.

• Monday through Friday. No WEEKENDS!

• Ample bays, lifts, and business to keep everyone busy.

• Promotion potential. Multi-store ownership likes to promote from within.

• Unlike the large metro stores, we get the luxury of a small-town culture - yet also with the large city resources! Our Service Managers are hands-on in cultivating your success. We take personal responsibility in granting all the resources and training needed to grow you into your best self, ensuring employee satisfaction and growth in your position within our dealership!

Successful Automotive Technician candidates will have:

• 2 years of Automotive Technician experience

• Previous experience as an automotive technician working on Ford vehicles, preferred.

• Ford certification is a plus but not required.

• Valid Driver's License and ability to meet insurability standards.
