The Arcadia School District is seeking an innovative Elementary Counselor who can work collaboratively with colleagues, develop positive relationships with students and parents, and build partnerships with the community. Applicant must be an advocate of PBIS and have a good understanding of it. Applicant must have Wisconsin Certification 54. This is a full-time position for the remainder of the 2023-24 school year.The mission of a counselor is to meet the academic, social, and emotional needs of all students. The professional school counselor implements a comprehensive school counseling program that promotes and enhances academic achievement, personal/social development, and career development, ensuring today’s students become productive well-adjusted adults of tomorrow.Qualified applicants should apply on the WECAN website or submit a letter of interest, resume, transcripts, letters of reference, a copy of their professional licenses.
