Pacific BMW is looking to hire an experienced Finance Manager in charge of assisting our clients with purchasing financial programs resulting from the sale of a vehicle. This position reports to the Finance Director of Sales and Compliance. The Finance Department hours are Monday-Friday from 9 am-9 pm; Saturdays from 9 am-7 pm and Sundays from 10 am. Note this is a full-time 40 hours position and it is commission-based.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Finance experience in a high-line auto dealership 
• BMW Certification is preferred
• Self-motivated with a proven record of success 
• Customer service experience with high-end clientele
• Superior protection product sales
• Availability to work in a rotating schedule that includes weekends and holidays 
• A college degree or some college education 
• Current driver's license with a clean driving record 
• Bilingual/Multilingual is preferred

Job Responsibilities 

• Greet and promote the scope, value, and features of the financial products and services available to all clientele
• Handle all Finance & Insurance transactions resulting from the sale of a vehicle
• Handle accuracy of new & pre-owned contracts, packaging, credit checks & self-service funding
• Answer and follow-up with any customer related questions or comments
• Complete necessary forms and obtain required information from customer
• Ensure all Finance area, files & supplies are stocked & labeled
• Perform miscellaneous tasks & errands as needed, including all office functions & data entry

Physical Requirements

• Surroundings: The position requires the ability to move throughout the company facility for most of the shift, spend time outdoors exposed to the weather, and spend some time indoors in air-conditioned areas 
• Sitting: 50% Standing: 25% Walking: 25% 
• Infrequently: Bending, twisting and/or stooping, Kneeling and/or squatting, climbing stairs, Lifting, Reaching and/or lifting overhead, pulling and pushing
