Summary/Objective:
This operations manager reports to the COO and will provide systems and project management support in critical internal operations including strategic and operational execution, vendor management and financial and administrative support.
Essential Functions:
· Work with external CPA to manage monthly closing of accounting records by performing account reconciliations, reviewing account details and preparing reports.
· Ensure compliance with federal, state and local reporting and filing requirements for employment, payroll, contractor, property tax and other requirements.
· Manage accounts payable and work with employees and vendors to ensure proper documentation, coding and approval of payments. Maintain accounting records for research and analysis purposes; conduct research as necessary.

Skills and Competencies:
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree required, accounting degree preferred.
· Five years of office operations or related experience.
· Project management experience preferred
Expected Hours of Work:
This role is full-time working approximately 40 hours per week and is exempt from overtime. Hybrid work schedule (up to three days in-office). Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
