Finance and Accounting is Hiring a Financial Operations Analyst IV Near Washington, DC

Customer Organization Support: Provide support to transform financial operations to support and help our government customer achieve their mission. This is for the transformation of its financial management (FM) operations into a premier institution that is aligned for the future. Efforts will be executed in a modern Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system using standardized business processes with internal controls, budget for fiscal discipline and more.

Role Supporting: Financial Operations

Functional Responsibility: Serves as a leader in Financial Operations, ensuring that a group of professionals are working successfully within the context of complex business environments. Develops business cases, functional and non-functional requirements, feasibility studies, and scope solutions for new solutions. Comprehends, communicates, and guides interrelationships between requirements and solutions, considering both the current and potential future environment. Identifies gaps and shortcomings in solutions and determines necessary workarounds and/or changes to the solutions proposed. Leads process modeling and translates requirements into design. Highly knowledgeable and greatly skilled at assessing and implementing feasible solutions in compliance with government standards and relevant best practices. Leads solution design. Leads formulation and implementation of strategic plans. Coordinates with the client at the SES-level and above.

Relevant Experience: Nine (9) years of relevant experience.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's (Additional 2 years of relevant experience may substitute for degree requirement).

Recommended but not Required: U.S. Department of Defense related experience, Secret or Top-Secret Level Clearance.

Required: Must be a U.S. citizen to apply. The ability to pass a minimum background investigation of Tier 1 is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $115,000.00 per year
