Jonell Systems is looking for an IT Systems Administrator based in Breckenridge, Texas.

Responsibilities

About the Role: 

The IT Systems Administrator will report to the Business Systems Director for the Industrial Division and be a key business partner for the Jonell Systems business leadership team. The position will be focused primarily on the needs of the Jonell Systems business unit, while keeping within Filtration Group standards and policies. The position will be responsible for maintaining availability, development, and support of all IT systems. The role will work to understand the needs of the business to achieve organizational goals and execution of the strategic plan and will support the Company’s Vision by utilizing our Trust, Bias For Action, and Entrepreneurial Cultural Attributes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate and manage support of ERP systems
• Maintain maximum availability of critical IT systems
• Coordinate development of ERP systems with external consultants
• Coordinate and load mass change requests of data
• Promotes more effective use of existing tools and development of new organizational capabilities
• Mentors, trains, and educates team members on proper processes
• Collaboration with team members to identify short and long-term technology gaps, determine appropriate temporary and permanent solutions, and implement recommended solutions
• Partner with leadership to determine a business systems roadmap to enable growth and profitability
• Liaison & maintain a close working relationship with Filtration Group IT leadership and team members
• Provide level two and above support for day-to-day escalation of helpdesk support issues, including computer hardware, software, phone, and other technology
• Provide level one support for high priority IT systems issues
• Plan and execute system and software upgrades as necessary
• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

• 7 years of Information Technology experience
• Advanced knowledge & experience managing IT systems, including Windows Servers.
• Knowledge & experience managing and maintaining manufacturing ERP systems and SQL databases preferred
• Demonstrated a high level of written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to communicate information, ideas, procedures, and processes in a logical sequence.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills with the proven ability to work on multiple projects at once. Should be able to prioritize, work independently, and solve problems, working comfortably under pressure.
• Ability to travel, primarily domestically, as required.
