We are seeking a licensed insurance professional with a customer-friendly personality and a self-motivated attitude to join our team as a full-time Licensed Agent or Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have experience in the insurance industry, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Word.Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to clients over the phone and in person
• Process insurance policies and manage client accounts
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to existing clients
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements:

• Florida CSR 440 or Agent 220 License
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Word
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
