ERP and Information Systems Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP / Information Systems Professional to join our team. This exciting and challenging opportunity to lead the transformation from a legacy manufacturing system to a state-of-the-art ERP system. You will be responsible for managing the implementation process as well as maintaining the system after installation. ERP and Information Systems Manager will have an enormous impact on enabling the company to grow rapidly and profitably. This position reports to our President/CEO.

The ERP and Information Systems Manager will oversee the implementation and ongoing support of a cloud-based ERP system by developing a comprehensive data analytics framework, and managing a legacy SharePoint environment. This is inclusive of various reports using RDL and SQL, and managing the IT and Cyber Security vendor and contractors. You should bring an expertise in ERP systems in a machinery or capital equipment manufacturing environment. Experience with EPICOR Kinetic, IFS, Infor CloudSuite Industrial, or comparable cloud-based ERP software is ideal.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Cloud-Based ERP System Implementation and Support:

• Oversee the implementation and ongoing support of a cloud-based ERP system.
• Coordinate between ERP software implementer and Filamatic’s subject matter experts to ensure system meets or exceeds performance expectations.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations and enhancements.
• Ensure the ERP system aligns with organizational goals and processes.
• Become the subject matter expert (SME) for the ERP system.
• Provide training and support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system-related problems.
• Continuously monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance functionality and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to the ERP system.

Data Analytics Framework Development:

• Develop a comprehensive data analytics framework to extract valuable insights from the ERP system.
• Design and implement data models, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop data visualization solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the analytics framework.

Legacy SharePoint Environment Management:

• Manage a legacy SharePoint environment, including configuration, administration, and maintenance.
• Develop and maintain various reports using RDL (Report Definition Language) and SQL.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and customize SharePoint solutions.
• Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and optimize system performance.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the SharePoint environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Expertise with EPICOR Kinetic, IFS, Infor CloudSuite Industrial, or comparable cloud-based ERP software.
• Experience managing IT and Cyber Security vendor and contractors, ensuring that performance expectations and terms and conditions are met.
• Proficiency in managing legacy SharePoint environments, including report development using RDL and SQL.
• Working knowledge and administration of Office 365 productivity software and enterprise products and services, including of: Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, and Azure AD required.
• Experience in deployment and configuration of Office 365 productivity software and enterprise products above are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics frameworks inclusive of the underlying architecture, tools, and operation of same.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with SharePoint administration and configuration.
• Passion to expand your personal skillsets in both the technology and system domains.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, flat organizational structure.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Exposure to the dynamics of a discreet manufacturer a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field
• 5 years’ experience with the following:
  • Implementing and supporting cloud-based ERP systems specifically within a machinery, or capital equipment manufacturing environment (Preferred).
  • EPICOR Kinetic, IFS, Infor CloudSuite Industrial, or other comparable cloud-based ERP software.
  • Creating reports and dashboards that enable team members to excel.
