Role Overview:

Remote role based in Los Angeles.

Fila is looking for a dynamic, results driven individual to join our wholesale footwear sales team as a Senior Account Manager. As a key player on our sales team, you would be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with wholesale partners, driving revenue growth and expanding the market presence of Fila footwear in the East region.

You are a “game changer” with a history of success in sales within a fast moving, dynamic lifestyle/ sports footwear Brand.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with existing prospective wholesale clients while proactively identifying new business opportunities
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues and ensure overall satisfaction
  • Demonstrate an in depth understanding of Fila footwear products including features, benefit and market positioning
  • Analyze sales data and market feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Efficiently manage the order process, from order placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment to the sales objectives and strategies
  • Travel to account base, trade shows and internal meetings (60%)

Qualifications

  • 10 years in footwear wholesale sales
  • Strong understanding of the wholesale market and ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain relationships
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Expert level retail math skills relating to financial account management
  • Microsoft Office Suite expertise (Excel/ PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of global athletic footwear market and a passion for sports and lifestyle trends.

Salary Range: 120,000 -150,000*At FILA USA, actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
